Get answers to common questions about Eyebrow and Lash Slay.
Appointments typically take 45-60 minutes, depending on brow grooming and lash style. Coming in with pre-groomed brows speeds the process. We'll consult on product choice and desired intensity, then perform precise filling and strip lash application for a polished result.
Yes. For best results, arrive with groomed brows so we can focus on shaping and fill-in rather than removal. If you can't, we can assist with light grooming, but pre-groomed brows often lead to faster, more precise results and better lash application.
We offer pencil, pomade, or powder based on your skin type, hair color, and desired finish. During consultation we'll recommend the best option for natural-looking definition or dramatic color payoff, and match shade to complement your complexion.
Strip lashes are temporary and last until you remove them, typically one day or overnight. With proper care avoiding excess oils and sleeping face-up, they can stay comfortable through events. We provide removal and care tips to preserve eyelash health.
When performed professionally, fill-ins and strip lash application should not damage natural brows or lashes. We use gentle techniques, quality adhesives, and safe products. Avoid pulling lashes during removal and follow aftercare instructions; contact us if you experience irritation.
We recommend waiting at least until the lash adhesive fully sets, usually a few minutes. For strip lashes, avoid heavy waterproof mascara to prolong adhesive life; apply mascara to your natural lashes only if desired, and remove gently during aftercare.
